Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Shipping time varies by location. Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days after processing. International delivery may take 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed due to courier issues, incorrect address entry, or customs delays. Once your package leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Wrong Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you input the wrong address and your order has not shipped yet, contact us immediately at contact@luminaserums.com. If the package is already in transit, we cannot guarantee redelivery or reimbursement.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll review the issue and do our best to make it right.
